The staff at Earls did an amazing job helping our family host a 65 birthday party. The foods was delicious, the staff were just great to work with, and the restaurant was beautiful...specially the view!

Earls was a great experience on my birthday. Our server was fantastic and the Manger raj came to our table a couple of times to check in as well. My mom is a vegetarian and they answered all her questions about her dietary needs.

Amazing hosts, servers and kitchen staff! They all really made mine and my guests experiences awesome. Garret, Kyra and Eden specifically were phenomenal and I really appreciated the way they took care of us.

Our bubbly was in the table waiting for us. The staff are so friendly. The view of Kelowna is beautiful. I had the steak and my partner had the Kung Pau with shrimp. Both meals were outstanding.

This was for my beautiful wife's 50th birthday dinner, and Earl's went above and beyond with the service, not to mention the wonderful one-of-a-kind dessert. Amazing view from our table - we always love coming back to this Earl's.

We were celebrating a friend's birthday and she was treated like a very special guest and received a lovely card and dessert. The staff were so attentive and kind. The view is fantastic and food was delicious and the servings were generous. We'd certainly come back for more meals there.

This was an unfortunate dining experience. Earl's has really took a turn on quality and value. The protein portion sizes were very poor, baby sizes bites. I was given steak knife for a steak that was the size of a shot glass. A one-biter for sure. Same goes to the Chicken lettuce wraps. Finally, the crispy prawn roll - two thumbs down. Unfortunate for Earl's. We will not be returning.

Excellent food, excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, terrific view. I thought the music might have been louder than usual, as the restaurant seemed noisier than it has in the past, although this could have been because every table was occupied.

Our meal was very disappointing. The tortelli was cold. Our server didn't bring our food out, it was dumped off at our table by someone else who didn't offer pepper or anything. We were sharing a couple of dishes and proper utensils were not offered. We finally got pepper when we were half done our meal. Our drinks were empty and no offer of another drink either. We were seated at a window table which had a nice view of the marina but was very cold and drafty. The music was extremely loud and was techno music which is not a nice dining experience. We were going to have a specialty coffee and dessert to finish our dining experience but decided to go somewhere else instead. Very dissapointing overall. We won't choose Earls Kelowna again.
Great table with a view asked for it when booking was not disappointed. Food was good although a bit pricey. But we had surf and turf. So expected . Service was top of the line and they didn't rush us. Great Valentines evening.
Great service! Our server was very attentive to an allergy at our table and made extra efforts that were really appreciated! My only critique is that I did make my reservation a month in advance and requested a specific seating area as it was a special occasion and that wasn't accommodated, I have tried on 3 separate occasions to request a seat near the windows and have yet to be sat there. Other than that it was great!

Went for Valentine's Day dinner, had steak and lobster which was delicious. The bartender gave us tastings of wine to pair with dinner as we were torn between two kinds. Bottle of wine was great with dinner! Great prompt service, definitely will be back again.

Best service from Holly, food and timing was perfect.... my 88 year old Mother in Law said it was her best birthday lunch ever! The icing on the cake was the carnation from Manager Brad! (not to mention the birthday treat for her and song). Was a really awesome experience!

Your lunch time menu was very limiting , unless you like $25 burgers . I REALLY miss the Chicken / Brie / Fig sandwich. I ordered a large bowl of your clam chowder with Garlic toast . Your clam chowder used to be excellent. My dish didn't taste great , the clams were off a bit and had a fishy smell and taste... Then the Garlic Bread (1 piece ) arrived - a 3 inch thick dried out chunk from the 19th century ! I had asked for butter with that never got it, but after I sawed the heel of dried dough into edible chunks I was given some Frozen butter to attempt spreading it on ! My wife's Sushi had wee pieces of prawn- It looked like the cook bit of the good parts ? My guest was perplexed , never said a thing about her effort but thanked me for the meal
