I ordered 1 salad and 1 burrito, I asked for chicken in both and did not get any upon arrival. I also asked for cucumber and avocado in my salad and it never came with either. This was the most disappointing meal ever, we paid $50 for this. No one told us there wouldn’t be chicken or what we asked for in there. Absolutely ridiculous

Tried this place twice. First time no romaine, get home and they forgot the egg I paid for. This time, ordered online…. I get there and they didn’t get my order because their printers aren’t working…. No apology! Again no romaine, even though the app let me order something with romaine. Then I get home and all three items ordered were supposed to have avocado- none on any of them. Will not be returning to this location. Oh and like a previous person said, one person working, she had earbuds in and had to ask me to repeat myself multiple times. Just rude!

It is a shame the first time I ate here it was delcious. Today Jan 12 I came & it is only 130 there is only one person working. Looks like they trying to close down the joint early. My bowl was cold, noodles tasted like they where a week old and half cooked all chewy and crunchy. My falafel was cold it tasted like worker scooped it out of a dumpster. So unfortunate. Waste of 16$ so disappointed ?? I would recommend skipping this place unless you like to be disappointed ?

Awful service!No menu up. Rude service completely unhelpful. Had to pull up my menu on my phone since they didn’t have it up. The one girl helping us doesn’t know what she has ready she needed to get attention to the other girl who had AirPods in her ears. Doesn’t have any bananas so can’t make any smoothies. Needs new staff and management. Also need fresh ingredients all there ingredients looked old. Worst Freshii experience I’ve ever had.

The ingredients are disgusting and old. There litterally was slimy salad she was going to put on my wrap. I asked her politely if she would eat that salad she was going to serve me. She shrugged her shoulders and says its what it is. Restaurant smelt like mold!! I asked for my money back and the girl working said that is impossible. Management needs to so some quality checks!! I'll never return. Do not waste your money

I ordered on the app with credit card. With my order was 4 bottles of gummies which they don't sell- but charge you for anyways! They said they would call headquarters to refund me and call me. It has been a week and I am still trying to get my money from them ($50) and they will not talk to me. I have called headquarters, they say that they were supposed to pay me and to deal with the restaurant who won't call me! I've never been ripped off like this before at a restaurant. Pretty shady!!!

Ordered a Cobb salad. You can't hear the cashier. Bacon comes frozen, very little food except lettuce. No dressing. Very dry salad. Yuck

I odered a burrito with chicken, two people working. I was the only customer. I leave, drive down the road and go to eat my lunch NO CHICKEN. The two people spent the entire time preparing my sub talking to themselves. Very little to no intraction with me. I said thank you when I got my order....... no reply. I guess they are more concerned with thier conversation than doing thier job or providing customer service. Terrible staff making a bad name for a great place usually.

Just stopped here for a bowl for takeout. I ordered a falafel bowl, and they forgot to put the falafel on. How do you do that. Pretty upset.
