Ordered 4 pizzas via uber eats when they had a buy one get one deal on....safe to say they were the most skimpy pizzas I've ever seen in my life, much of the pizzas had nothing but cheese, the thinness of the slices is INSANE, like it looked less than thin crust usually is but I didn't order thin crust, they weren't even pinky thick - like maybe as thick as a thick sheet of bedding!It's like they split the already small amount of ingredients on a single pizza and spread them on two pizzas to capitalize on making you think you were getting a good deal at all.The taste was mediocre, similar to a convienence store pizza, edible sure but not really tasty in any sense?I don't recommend this chain anymore, I used to order years ago and liked it but they have absolutely gone downhill in all ways in terms of the skimpiness of the toppings and quality of the toppings too, the chicken is like something you'd find in a cheap salad, cubed. Not worth the money even with a BOGO deal.

I paid for a slice of pizza, normally it’s bussing!! However, today was a different friggin story!! My slice was in the shape of an L litterally a corner peice these guys are friggin stingy!!

I use Freshslice for all my work events mainly because they are open 2hrs earlier than other places but I gladly go back because of the service I have received. I use this location and the Burnaby location often and I'll continue to do so. Thanks !

When I got there I ordered my pizzas and the girls working said 10-15 then proceeded to sit on the ground and talk and complain about being tired then when I asked how long it was going to be they forgot about our food. I get it if your busy but just sitting around like come on
Accompanied a friend to grab something to eat and she said for $3, they had a decent cheese pizza. They also had pesto, meat lover's, pepperoni, mediterranean and a chicken option along with a few others that looked much more layered with amazing veggies & meat. They also have gluten free crust & plant based cheese options!You have option to buy by the slice or full pizzas, chicken wings, cheese bread and a variety of beverage options (a selection of pop, energy drinks, water, juice and beer).It's a convenient, quick stop if you need something on the fly.

We just went there for some slices as always, and they have been rude with us always with no reason. Today was as any other day. We asked them tu use the washroom forts and they said no, then we asked for some cups of water and they said no as well. We tried to charge a phone and they told us to don’t do it bc they are no able to. Finally we wrote a review and they started screaming and treating us like trash. They are so disgusting and disappointing as a staff service. They don’t say hello or goodbye either. They are always talking between them and not helping the customers to order or pay. I am talking about Downtown’s restaurant they are always mean and then when they see that we are writing a review, they start behaving differently and asking us to delete it. So disappointing the service I will never come here back.
