Terrible winery , bad service and the wines tasted awful . Over priced for trash wine . They seem more concerned about an Easter egg hunt . It’s a winery , not a children’s event. Not what you expect at a winery . Worst winery I have ever been to . Save yourself a trip here !

The Grizzli is one of our favorite wineries to visit in West Kelowna.Lexi, Oxana, and Ernest are extremely knowledgeable about their wines, combined with excellent customer service.Our favorite ready to drink wines are, the Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Rosé, and the Cabernet Franc Reserve.All the Grizzli Ice Wines are outstanding…If you want to try something different, make a reservation on a Friday for the Grizzli Happy Hour. There is live music from local musicians, appetizers, and savory in-house cocktails.Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed…

I visited the winery on Sunday and I had a wonderful time. The place is really beautiful and wines are amazing. I did a tasting with DJ and she is incredible. Her energy made the whole experience even better. I learned a lot from her. I’ll be coming back for sure and I hope DJ would be there.

Ice wine and the late harvest were undoutedly amazing wines and I'm so glad I got to pick them up to share with family!Besides the wine, I wanted to comment on the amazing interaction we had. We had come to the winery about an hour before closing with the intent to try the late harvest. I didn't know this wasn't included, however one of the managers kindly allowed us to substitute one of the ice wines to try this late harvest - so appreciated!We were served by a kind and knowledgeable Japanese women; we enjoyed conversing with her and having her answer our questions about the wine and pairings.If you like ice wines and late harvest selections, Grizzli 100% must be on your wine tour lists; the building and vineyard are beautiful as well!

Lovely experience. Came here in a snowy day which made the tour extra special. Love the detail explanation of how different kind of wine are made. They got cute souvenir options that can be choose from. Definitely recommended to stop by!

Really nice space with cool marketplace items. Horrid customer service. I was having a fantastic time at this location, until one of the ladies at the bar spoke to me so rudely. It left a horrible impression, and I just can't bring myself to come back here. I'm really saddened that a place so nice treats guests like tissue paper.

The views from the parking lot tell you something about the vineyard. They have a fantastic wine tasting that you must try. I am not a fan of desert wine, however this winery changed my mind with their all blueberry and all raspberry wines. A must try!!
