Gross people and food, the place stinks. You call and they don't ever pickup the phone. For pizza fresh slice is way better. Poor quality service. I can see them closing. 3 months later they are closed yess whatever restaurant is here I will take my money to spend.

My friend and I had reserved for 5pm. When we showed up the restaurant was surprisingly empty and only the cook was there. He said the bartender stepped out for a minute and would be right back. A few minutes later, the cook stepped out (to look for bartender ?). For a few minutes my friend and I were completely alone in the restaurant with no staff. The bartender and server then returned first walking right past us without a word and then a minute later came to serve us. The food was decent and fair priced but a strange experience indeed. Only a few tables came through which seemed odd for a Saturday night between 5 and 7 downtown.

A must visit in Kelowna, the staff is unreal, we popped in for a quick drink before dinner on Bernard. One of us was not drinking and the manager and staff were so accommodating. They went above and beyond to give us options. It truly was exceptional service from amazing staff. If we didn’t have dinner reservations we could have stayed here for hours! Now let me get into the cocktails, the cocktail and mocktail were equally delicious!

I used to go to Jacks often for date night. It was the highlight of my week and one of the only places in Kelowna for an authentic cocktail experience! About a month ago the bartenders left for other restaurants. I went back but it’s more like every other bar downtown now. Loud, chaotic, and the drinks lack the creativity and complexity that they used to.

Okanagan smash burger is the best in town! At 17$ it’s the best bang for $$ you can get, new chef knows what he’s doin… excited for the complete new menu launch! Have been back multiple times now. Great cocktails are a bonus ;D
