I love kbc! I had Lauren as a server and she was so lovely and gave us the best service. The wings are my favorite but I’ve been here tons and the beef dip is also delicious. The vibe is fun lowkey pub vibe. The patio in the summer is one of my favorite places to be! Their brews are delicious and unique, the cherry sour is my favorite. I recommend it to everyone who visits.

Super super disappointed in my visit last night. I’ve raved about the wings here for a while now even after only one initial visit. Wings were good, came out super hot and super fast. My problem is with the bartender who was serving us, she completely ruined my whole experience. She was unprofessional and straight up rude. Being on academy I’m sure you have many resumes brought in, I’d consider replacing her asap! I will not be back ever again. Not to mention the staff shot gunning redbulls in plain sight in front of my eyes while I sat there with zero napkins or side plates for my food.Leaving my review at 3 stars as the food was good regardless.

My friend and I came here for the first time today on the strength of the beer selection, and were so happy we did! Beers were delicious and unique, the food was delicious, the prices were super reasonable, and the staff were friendly and so amazing! We were very impressed and will definitely be back! I had a wings night at this place where the food was quite good, and the service provided by our waitress was commendable. However, after settling the bill, I discovered an accidental overcharge of $5 – it wasn’t an automatic tip addition but an unexplained extra charge.Upon noticing this, I returned to discuss the issue with the waitress, who maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude was appalling in contrast.I approached the manager to negotiate a full refund, which I knew some establishments offer to ensure customer satisfaction and future patronage. If that was not possible, I intended to at least request the return of my tip, as I didn’t want to tip for an error.The manager’s response was incredibly dismissive, offering a $10 restaurant coupon with a rudeness that was shocking: “Take this $10, just take it.” My preference was to have my tip returned, not to receive a coupon, especially since I didn’t want to tip for a mistake. The manager escalated the situation by becoming increasingly rude, eventually yelling that I was “wasting his time” and retracting the coupon offer with a “You get nothing!” amidst other derogatory remarks. This left me bewildered.In summary, the manager’s behavior was unequivocally rude, casting a shadow over the entire experience. It seems there’s a risk of being overcharged if one doesn’t meticulously review their bill – an error I’d like to believe is unintentional, though the manager’s conduct certainly raises doubts. This incident solidifies my decision to give a one-star rating. Should anyone need clarification or further details, feel free to comment, and I’d be glad to elaborate!

Okay, so I’m a frequent. I love this place, not only because it’s close to campus so I can get some wings and a drink after a long day, but because the servers are my literal favourite. They’re all so kind and inviting and we’ve slowly become besties. Amazing environment and amazing food. Aaanddd not to mention… the pool table is free! The well on campus is paid-only.

Lovely little place! The drinks and food menu is really good as well.
The environment is relaxing and feels just like home. Great staff, our server even designed a drink for me on the spot and they served a delicious Gluten Free meal for me. We will definately be back!Dietary restrictions: I am celiac and the cooking staff is knowledgeable and they were able to provide me with a great burger and salad.Kid-friendliness: We had our daughter with us and she loves the burger and fries.

Our service tonight was quite honestly horrible, our server stayed behind the bar chatting with friends playing trivia rather than paying attention to the tables she had..not a great experience. Food was good though! Will be back hopefully with better service:)

Worst service ever 9,9,23 5:30pm. Came for dinner and definitely will not be returning. Our waitress was too busy playing pool with a friend instead of serving us. We had to get up at one point to grab our beers from the bartender that we had ordered were just sitting there waiting for her while she was playing pool with her friends instead of working. Also the ASADA tacos were more fat then meat. Don't forget your fly swatter for the amount of flies that are inside KBC is disgusting definitely not coming back 0 out of 5 stars if I could.
