Horrible customer service by the manager....watching the girl at the front take orders and do everything, the manager watches the hash browns come up and doesn't help, just waits for other employee to get it. Not to mention, it was not very busy at this time either.Is in the back concerned about her music... waited almost 10 mins for my food, then got a sausage and egg and the egg was runny and had to send it back. Was so disgusting. Then the next one was so greasy... meh it's McDonald's I know. But this was the worst...The manager never even apologized or anything.She needs to be fired, the girl doing everything should be promoted. :)

The delivery driver on skip messed the order the people called me and told me to contact the delivery driver to come back and pick it up he didn’t, so I got a refund on skip and they are so nice they gave me a extra mcchickens 6 ice cream cone coupons large fries and large Fries for free

I don’t even wanna give 1 star but ofcourse I have to …. I went there twice with my friend and the customer service is terrible there.. I had to wait for so long to place an order and the girl saw me there but she totally ignored me because she was using her phone… and they also showed us attitude as well I would never recommend this place .

Wow what an aweful experience Had to wait for order in wait spot-no big deal but then after waiting and waiting realized something was wrong. Went in found out that the order was given to someone else. Explained we were in a huge hurry so refund please -got it. Wanted to grab a muffin and of course they charged me for an item that costs them nothing but could have gone a long way for extending food will…. Please take some customer service lessons….Best to not make the customer feel like they are the problem.

Just your average Maccies stop, shop and scran. I had to wait full time for my fries AFTER my smoothie and burger was ready.And for some reason no tables had electric sockets.... At all.

Ordered a BigMac, a Quarter pounder and 3 happy meals for my kids. Patties were so dry. It almost felt like a carboard. not sure if this is a norm for all McDonald's or just this particular location. The patty on BigMac was not big at all. They look like those patties used for kids burger. Again not sure if this is a norm or just this location. Coffee was surprisingly good, but I guess I am not coming back for a while.

Ordered coffee and sundae, both were good. Service was good too, no issues. But I don't know for what reason they had a board saying no refills. I didn't wanted but not sure why they were restricting others who might like to have. Moreover, there was no pop/ water dispenser. They also had so many cartons displayed on the right, which was so off putting for a restaurant.

I cannot explain the amount of shear pleasure the cheese burger and nuggets made me feel. This combo was like a rainbow combustion on my taste buds. 100% would go again thank you McDonald's. This meal mended my relationship with McDonald's once again.
