I ordered through the app today and then did a curb side pick up. When i returned to work with the order I was missing the almost $9 Bacon Deluxe McCrispy that is clearly on the order. I've reported it through the app and hope to be reimbursed for their mistake.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, very disorganized because they're constantly clearing orders off the screen to get their shift times down. Tonight my order was thrown into my bag and the wrap opened up in the bag, when I took it out there was chicken and lettuce all over my car. Terrible service. Also the food was far from fresh.

Staff were good, it was drive thru. But my drink had a strong perfume smell. I had to throw away the lid but the drink still stunk of perfume. No one should be spraying perfume around food. The drink tasted fine and the food was good and fresh without a perfume smell. But the perfume ruined the drink.

Went through drive thru today and had great customer service from a woman named Sylvia. Great sense of humour and got everything in our order correct. Was nice to see her smiling face upon receiving our order too. Plus the coffee is always delicious at Mcd's.Awesome work guys! :)

Wrong order but not surprised as the person taking order had a very tough time understanding what was being asked, this was only figured out after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. I get my order and ask if it is all in the bag. They respond with yes and walk away. I check before leaving and that is not true. Frustrated already with the time then have to go get the rest of my order. Maybe this location is better in the morning but dinner time is terrible.
