Customer service is lacking.Tried to order on 3 separate occasions.Lady was rude and said would take over 20 minutes ? as she hasn't been able to prep anything.No one was in line , we were the first. This is the 3rd time trying, she basically turned people away.

In the orchard Park mall beside indigo. We had the parmesan pretzel and it wasn't as fresh as I've had it at Other pretzel places and lots of parmesan on itWish it was a little bit hotter. I will try a different flavor next time. Was about $4.99 for one pretzel. They also sell drinks

I ate the salty plain pretzel and enjoyed it so much, it made me want to eat the sweet one. Maybe next time.
Very good service, friendly guys behind the counter. Pretzels are soft and very tasty, generous toppings.

Literally SO good. I visited Canada last November and did some shopping at the mall, which is when I first tried this place. My boyfriend and I proceeded to loop back around two more times to get more. We were in Kelowna again last week, and stopped by the mall specifically to go by Mr. Pretzels. Now it’s one of our spots.

10/10 highly recommend!!! Placed a huge order for a work event and Aziz and his colleague went above and beyond to pull it off for me. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Will definitely order again. Thanks again!

Worst experience always, i ask for cinnamon sugar pretzels bite they don't add proper amount of cinnamon sugar on top it seems tasteless all the time.
