I went for dinner with my family. We had the worst service. Carter was our server and was pretending he was really busy. The restaurant was half empty. We requested salsa and hot sauce with our nachos. He brought the hot sauce after we were done I don't know why he was in such a rush. I asked to speak to the manager they told me the manager was the bartender. When I saw the bartender he was drinking beer and was engaged with other people. However, I did see the ladies working very hard. When Carter gave us our bill he overcharged us by $40.00 we confronted him he said it was a mistake. If we did not see our bill we would have paid $40 over our meal.

Went on a night where they said they were swamped but had more than half the tables empty. Our server Carter acted rushed while taking our orders often walking away while we were still ordering, forgetting to bring things when we asked and then doubled charged us for 2 meals (which was reversed but it was an additional $45 that we may not have seen). The sarcastic attitude when being told that he forgot things was also ridiculous. Spoke to the manager on duty, Aiden, and gave nothing but a vague “I’m sorry this happened”. We debated leaving before our entrees came out, the food couldn’t save the bad service

Ordered delivery, and the food arrived cold for one. My beef dip that I had I couldn't even finish as it was so tough, and had a weird burnt flavour. My boyfriend ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich and he said it was cold and tasted pretty gross. He didn't finish his either. Will not be eating here again as the quality is

I had their butter chicken. It was good but the cilantro did not belong and the rice tasted like it was made in the morning. The sauce was great and the chicken even the naan.
ITS GOOD I LOVE THE PACIFIC NOODLE BOWL THE BEST SOME OF THE OTHER ITEMS ARE OK NEED TO MAKE A FEW THINGS BETTER SOME SEEM TO BE FROZEN AND REHEATED

This was our first time here...we had 2 very friendly & energetic servers...Madelyn & Carter...they have so much enthusiasm & show they really enjoy serving the public!!! We both had the fish &chips ate what we could as we found they were a bit too salty for our liking. However due to the great service experience we had...we will come back...management you should be very proud of your staff!!!

My friend and I came for dinner tonight. We were greeted and served by a Gillian T. She was friendly, engaging and attentive to our needs without being intrusive. She is a great addition to the OJ's team and they are lucky to have herDietary restrictions: My friend needs gluten free buns and there was no problem with that request
The meal had changed in that it was way spicier than normal, and the seving about 3/4 the normal size.The whole place was dirty.

First time to Original Joe's, had lunch. The Chicken Club Wrap was phenomenal! Service was absolutely fabulous. Our server was just the best, can't say enough about her. Very attentive and spot on for asking how we enjoyed our food. We will definitely go back again when we visit Kelowna, from Oliver.
