After a long time, I visited a place where employees are working happily. It's rare to see smiles on workers' faces nowadays, but here, the employees seem genuinely happy and smiling while working. Especially Mandeep; she has served me three times this week on my visit to kelowna and is always smiling and happy to help. She deserves a raise for her exceptional service.

This Pita Pit goes way beyond most restaurants. The customer service is out of this world, the quality of the food is great. Tonight I made mistake on my order through skip, and they went out of there way to fix it. Really made my night honestly. I only order and go to this particular Pita Pit. Last time I placed an order, they even surprised me a with bag of chips. I’ll be stopping by to say thanks in person for sure.
