I ordered for delivery I live near downtown, asked if that was okay the girl on the phone said sometimes they are unable and when it's busy wait times are longer and more charge for delivery fee. I said that's fine as I have been craving their pizza for a while. We got it delivered faster than quoted, hot and perfectly cooked.
We have had Pizza Factory several times over the last few years living in Rutland. In our opinion it is far and above the best pizza in Kelowna. Crust, sauce and toppings are delicious, and plentiful. Pricing is very competitive for great pizza. I would drive to the far side of town for this pizza if I had to.
