I went into quesada today and got the tacos and a burrito bowl. The man serving put maybe a tablespoon of ground beef in each Taco, that's being generous. The Chicken in my bowl was literally transparent it was so old, tasted terrible and was hard like rubber. Very unsatisfied with my service. Go to Mucho Burrito just down the road, much better portions, ingredients and service.

I am always happy to stop in at Quesada on lakeshore to get a delightful meal which is equally nutritious and delicious. Burritos have all your food groups! Lots of vegetables! And they taste fricken good too. The staff there are always friendly, but especially Simran—who’s vibrant and energetic approach to service is sure to bring you both a smile and a meal?. Great place.

I visited here awhile back and they were reusing the foil wrappers… As a vegetarian when the people before you is getting meat you don’t really want to use the same sheet as they did. I was there a few days ago and it drastically improved, they were not doing that anymore and seemed to have an overall better sense of customer service.

I love the food here and come all the time and have been for years at different locations but last time I came it was about a month ago and I had to wait insanely long before being served. It wasn’t even close to closing time I came about an hour and a half before close and the two girls working just kept looking at me and my sister without helping us and started walking around wiping down random items for a good 8 minutes before they even said hi. Me and my sister were amazed and just laughing in disbelief at the fact that no one would help us and the girls still just stood there talking to each other and looking at us and giggling instead of helping us. Eventually we got helped and I already knew what I wanted so I said it and the girl kept cutting me off to go over every possible option when when I told her I didn’t want it and only wanted like 3 toppings she insisted she went over every single one. The experience has made me not want to go back to this location the customer service was embarassing.
