The drink was okay. I don’t know what’s wrong kelowna ppl they are all so very rude. When the staff too k order he was rude no smile nothing not that i was expecting grand welcome lol but there was certain type of rudeness in their faces like not welcoming at all and usually they put the lid but i was told to put the lid which was weird no thank you or anything. Disappointed with this location.

Just had the first ever bad experience going through a Starbucks drive through.All items were fine but the service wasn’t up to par and handing a wet messy cup out the window to customers is not acceptable.I hope the manager sees this and has a talk with the staff member. I could go to Tim Hortons but I expected better service.

It was Ok. The starters were excellent! They didn't ask for my daughter's ID or to sign the birthday book (was her bd)how did they know we weren't lying. It was a Monday night I think she forgot to discount the 2 Prime rib orders we had.

I have made stopping here for coffee every morning before work part of my routine for the last 2 1/2 years and I must say they’re the only location I go to because they never mess up my order! The friendliest staff who will learn you by name! I absolutely adore their service here
