Usually really good service, that day I think it was a fluke we got wrong coffee order and food took long to come out even though it was just putting on a plate (they were not busy) . Normally very quick service and coffee made great!Kid-friendliness: Kids hot chocolate is perfect temp so make sure u specify for this!Kids love cookies and cake pops bestWheelchair accessibility: No stairs
Throughout the years I’ve had good and bad experiences at this Starbucks. Some of the people are lovely and my drinks have never been an issue. But some of their workers customer service styles are not super approachable and comments have been made. I was once thrown out for pulling down my mask for 2 seconds to take a sip of water because they were super behind with orders. As someone who works in customer service the way you talk to people should almost just be the same way...read full review
