Keisha and the team at Yates Starbucks always go above and beyond for their customers! This Starbucks location may be the friendliest one I have ever been to. They also always seem to be fully stocked with hot foods and specialty drinks. It’s my go to Starbucks in Kelowna. Thank you for the excellent service!

I frequently come to this Starbucks to study because it has a pretty good atmosphere compared to the other Starbucks locations. The place is open late, which is great for sort of late night study sessions. I think I have become a regular based on the Baristas remembering my order and even name. Would definitely recommend (just leave me a seat open so I can come and study here still)

Slowest service for the drive through. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee ant 1030am, ended up late to work. Tim Hortons and McDonald’s are right down the road and only take 5 minutes tops. Will not be back.Parking: Awful parking. Maybe 5 spots not even, and can’t get out if there’s anyone in the drive thru.
Second time now ordered a grande and received 3/4 full cup. I guess you have to specify you want a full cup ?♂️
