I visit this subway twice a week and I like the food, atmosphere and their service. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend to visit this place.

What a horrible experience from a very sub par subway. My wife went through the drive through and gave them a detailed order to which they managed to miss some items on mine but for her, they made the completely wrong sub when no one else was there ordering.We got back home and opened it to find out how wrong everything was. She was supposed to get a turkey sub and they gave a tofu sub of some kind. When we called to complain about it, they refused to do anything about it but admitted that they screwed up the orders and took our name down & number down and said the owner would call us at some point.When I asked for the people’s name that screwed up our order, they just said I’m not giving you my name.Just a horrible horrible horrible experience and would never recommend anyone going through this location ever.

We drove through the drive through and I asked what kind of pops they had to which the male worker replied of bunch soft drinks very rudely. He was short and sharp spoken. No offer to toast our subs or offer of anything extra. I have eaten at other Subways this was the worst service and worst tasting subs I have eaten at a Subway. The bun was NOT fresh and thrown together topped off with a rude male worker. Won’t ever be back. It was Saturday of the September long weekend. ???

Ive gone here a decent amount because it's close and convenient but it's honestly the worst service I have ever seen out of everywhere. You walk in and the staff just sit there talking to each other for 5 minutes before even acknowledging you

This is the 3rd time now I have come to this subway and they have had the open sign open and it says they are open till 10pm and the door is locked and I can see the worker walking around inside and then when they see me they run to the back to hide!! I’m outraged, if you close at a different time update your hours or tell your workers to do their job and keep the door unlocked.

Terrible customer service. Guy was extremely rude and condescending. "Yep" "Next" x20 No greeting or thank you or anything normal about customer service. Buddy was on his phone while we were waiting to order too. This place is a joke. Most ignorant subway person I've ever met.

The only drive thru Subway in Kelowna.After reading all the bad reviews I thought I would give them a second chance.The service really is non existent.??I went inside and ordered a foot long sub.The guy was pretty rude .I walked to the counter.His greeting to me was ..Yep.?After I paid and took the sub he turned away there was no thank you ???or anything . The bread was at least day old not fresh .This is definitely the worst service at Subway I have seen.I guess if the service improved they would have to make fresh bread?

I went to order food, I see the guy just chatting out side with his pals, while the open sign is on, 9 pm, while the google hours show they are open till 10 pm. Either change your time , or stop screwing with people’s time. Nobody has the time drive toYour store just to be turned away. Very disappointed.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I go through the drive-through order my sub and even leave a nice tip! then when I get home all the way back in lake country, It's the complete wrong sub! I call them and they said the only way I can get reimbursed is if I drive back tokelowna and return the sub! Do you think i'm driving back to kelownafrom lake country, in rush hour to return a sub? Thanks for nothing! Guess you made my dog happy! I will never be back to your location. None of my friends will be back either! Multi billion dollar company and can't even give me a credit for the next time I come through kelowna? Pure greed! I hope you go out of business and get shut down! I will never tip fast food again! All I wanted is a reinbursement for the next time I came through kelowna!
