It's right in the middle of of our once beautiful downtown and even though the windows were smashed from a violent interaction with some of the local mentally ill and addicted residents the staff were very friendly and approachable and the food was great ?
Just like any other subway you make your own ideal sandwich, only you have to if you plan to use their bathroom. Located beside queensway the homeless frequent here. Despite this, staff is accommodating and very polite. If it is slow, just call into the back They sit down during the slow time. I cant blame them. I would too if I didn't have anyone in the store. Besides Tim Hortons this is the only "fast food" in the area that you can grab a meal at.

This is my favourite Subway in Kelowna! I've eaten here 1-3 times per week for almost a year, and the women running this place are excellent.
