Garbage food, by the time it got to me it wasnt hot, had me feeling sick after eating it, barely even added meatball sauce to the sub, didn't even eat it I had half of one half of the footlong and tossed it in the garbage where it belongs, Ive lived in Calgary and Vancouver and never had problems with subway before, that was the first and last time I ever have subway in Kelowna

I came in on Tuesday May 2 at around 10am to order 15 subs for work as the website kept crashing. There was only one girl working I felt so bad but she was as SO incredibly friendly, attentive & patient with me. I was so impressed. I wish I got her name. But we really appreciated it! Because It was a lot and she killed it!!! Thank you again :)

Unfortunately, the sandwich had really old slimy spinach that had to be picked off. Not what you would expect with a $10+ sandwich. I don't plan on going back to this location.

I came at 9:20pm on a Monday and it closes at 10pm and the worker had closed everything up early so when I went in he was like no I can’t serve you. They should fire him

Felt unwell for a couple days after ordering a meatball sandwich from this location. Should've stuck with my usual Mediterranean Market sub..I know subway ingredients aren't fresh and wasn't expecting much but I didn't expect to be sick for 2 days.
