We just came back from out of country and are on a long road trip home, and he just made our morning by being very open and kind, with exceptional customer service. What’s meant to go in “Recyclables” and in what condition? Are only certain plastics acceptable? If it’s a takeout drink cup, does it have to be rinsed out first?And if the waste bags are black, how does your staff know which one is for which bin?Seems like greenwashing!

Robert and Kamal are the best! They always have my order perfect and make every morning a treat. They put up with so much from people giving them a hard time but those two run this place with ease. My personal fav Tim’s in Kelowna.
