Ordered steep tea, it was hot as compared to the other Tim Hortons I had visited. Customer service was great . Will definitely come back.

This location is one of the better ones in Kelowna. They never seem to be out of anything. They can get very busy in the drive through but it still flows at a good pace. The inside and outside are kept well not too messy. The Coffee can be inconsistent, some days it’s fantastic and others it’s just meh.This location deserves a 7/10.

I just stopped by and bought hot coffee, but it turned out that they sold cold coffee! This is not the first time when I order one drink and they give me a completely different one and instead of hot they always give me cold!!!

Food here is either hit or miss, it either tastes good or off, your wrap is either put together or messy and falling apart, and now they charge 30 cents to change sauce on your wrap!!! I don't want extra sauce just not Chipotle why does that cost me 30 cents?

Clean Fast Consistent Quality. I ordered 8 hot chocolates during the business morning rush to take to a meeting on a cold day and it was done in a flash! Can’t get enough of the Old Fashion Plain doughnuts. Like comfort food for me. Tons of seating. Larger store for sitting in.

It's funny how you pay for something and it isn't given to you. Next time I show up why don't you just take my money and ask me to leave with a smile on my face. I asked for cream cheese... Normally you smother the thing with it but I guess this time it was to hard to manage.. Do better!
