This location is pathetic. They’re open 24 hours but always out of donuts past 10 pm. Tim Hortons shouldn’t be out of every single donut ever, other food is understandable but donuts? The coffee is horrible. Clearly watered down compared to other locations. Staff are nice but it’s clear they don’t care. The outside is horrible. Garbage absolutely everywhere. Partially not their fault considering the homeless population out front of the store but come on. Send someone out there once a day to clean up a few of the hundreds of Tim Hortons cups and wrappers.All in all, 0 of out 10 for this location. It’s too bad carelessness from ownership trickles down into the store itself.

I experienced unfriendly and rude service at the drive-thru. When I requested a change to my order during the ordering process, the staff bluntly refused. Because of this negative experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I go there almost every day for Steep tea, but it's usually not fresh. The staff is nice, but they don't seem to be honest about their responsibilities.I request to the Manager or owner to train your staff for quality service rather than quick service. Its very hard to come back for just a cup of coffee..

I would go somewhere else if you want a smooth ordering experience. I ordered two wraps, one on a rewards deal, and one off of it. The order was simple, but they did not understand and multiple times asked me how many wraps I wanted. I would explain succinctly and straight forward, and they were not understanding. Then we headed to the pay window and they did not give the deal price for the order, I asked them to check and see what they could do, they looked, said we did not get the deal price, and then paused at me waiting for me to solve their issue. I asked if that could be rectified and he looked, pressed some buttons, and said I got the deal price now. The charge comes up, and no price has been changed. At this point I was just tired of the experience and decided to pay the full amount. The drive through length is great, but the employee abilities of the two that I dealt with are questionable.
Service and quality is pretty decent the drive through is well laid out but there's always homeless people near the speaker where you order and the stop sign after the pickup window is always covered with trash around

Man im always paying for espesso in my ice cap and not getting it at this location , quick to take your money and quick to push you out , you are stealing money from people !!!!

Honestly, best tim hortons for drinks. Ordered the kids' creamy chills, and they put sprinkles on top of the whipped topping. No other tim hortons has done that so far, and kids always love sprinkles. Wish other locations would take an example from this place. Will definitely keep this location as my Kelowna go to timmies.
