Bad attitude and customer service. Restaurant was empty and we waited for 5 minutes for someone to take our orders. The cashier saw us standing in front of the cash register waiting to order and ignored us. When I asked for the sizes of the drinks, she was impatient and sighed loudly then grabbed the cups to show us. Gave us a "are u stupid" kind of look. The food and ice coffee was also awful taking. Taking my business somewhere else.

My son, mother in law and I went to this location on Sunday, January 21st around 8:00 pm and were thrilled!! This was the best, friendliest service and quality food we have experienced in quite some time! I would highly recommend this place and just a huge thanks again to the staff for the awesome experience! We will definitely go back! This place pumps out some of the best takeout food in all of kelowna! Love it!! Order skip, add a milkshake, they pack it all so well it's fresh and delicious every time! And we're over a 30 min drive away! ;) Thanks, Triple O's Keep it Up!Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers, and veggie burgers.

Awful. I go to order a burger with cajun fries and a milkshake, Lady charges me for the fries as normal but charges me $7 for the milkshake instead of the $2.80 advertised. She says that because I got the regular size it didn't count for that price. So i got the small and she still charged me $6 for it. Burger was good, as was the milkshake. But the cajun fries lacked the seasoning and sauce as normal. Absolutely terrible.

We came for breakfast. My husband wanted to order the Egg BLT but simply wanted to swap the ciabatta bun for a regular bun. Simple. We have done this without issue at other locations but we were told by this cashier we can't do that. Some long winded explanation about how the computer won't let him. The cashier INSISTED we had to spend $1.50 more to buy the original sunny start, but then make a bunch of changes to it. But it was too early in the morning to argue so we just did it his way. But here's the funny part, after paying for it, he turned around to staff and called it out, "Make the ciabatra BLT but switch buns." After he just told us it can't be done!!!I ordered the jalapeños breakfast ciabatta and didn't taste jalapeños at all!! I had to hunt for them to see they actually were on my sandwich. There were tiny speck which you couldn't taste under the overwhelming taste of onions. This sandwich should NOT be called jalapeños breakfast ciabatta but rather ONION breakfast ciabatta.We will not be back to this location.

This was one of the best drive thru experiences I ever had. The man working the window deserves a raise! He was outstanding. He made sure the kitchen got my order right (I made some adjustments). He also asked if I needed any additional cutlery or sauces, which I really appreciate. Often i get packets of ketchup thrown in which I hate, or no cutlery. Not this time! The food was exactly right, just the way I wanted. I am picky so I really appreciate that they got my order right. I will definitely return to this location. Service and food was just excellent and they really went above and beyond my expectations. Its nice to write a positive review. This one is well deserved!

4 of us, golfers thought we would try in Last Tuesday morning May 30th. Server (young lady) order taker was actually described as almost rude.The food was fine but what a day breaker when all the guys talked the same way. Sorry to say, we won’t go back to that one.
