I love Triple Os and often take my kids for lunch and milkshakes. However, every time I order a milkshake at this location, they hand me a milkshake with a flat top lid that is missing the whip cream, chocolate syrup, and other toppings shown in the photo. I have to hand the shake back and ask for these toppings, to which the employee usually rolls their eyes. It's uncomfortable and very annoying. I've included photos to show my expectation vs. reality lol. This has happened multiple times at this location so I will be giving my business to the other Triple Os locations around town.

I used to love Triple O's but this one has made me rethink going to any Triple O's again.Absolutely the worst customer service from the Indian Girl on the till. They gave us cold fries, and when I took it to her and told it was cold;She puts her hand in the fries, touches it and says, no it's not cold, it's hot. Why do you want to change it ?Her attitude was so disgusting. I just felt that I should leave all the food and leave the trash restaurant.Then they took the fires and refried the same ones but didn't put salt on it as well. It was the worst. It's absurd. I just lost my interest in talking to these trash people.And these trash ones kinda talk behind the back in their own languages always.If you see an angry looking trash girl on the till of Triple O's with others talking to her in the same language . Please rethink your decision.Because they make fun of you in the kitchen as well.Absurd. Totally absurd.I will file an official complaint to White Spot if needed.Make sure you hire nice and polite workers not trash.

Normally we love Triple Os, went this morning to #535 for some breakfast; The wait to pay was a little longer than normal 5-7 minutes, then after we pay it took them 15 minutes to tell us they were changing the oil at 9am. We did not get our full order and it was ice cold when we went to eat it. We saw it sitting under the “heater” the whole wait. Very disappointed in the service and lack of communication around the situation.

Always trusted this place but today was really disappointing. I don’t know if they did a mistake or so but just imagine you almost halfway home and trying to eat the buttermilk chicken and it’s almost complete row I even had to throw out, so definitely no stars from me unless they improve themselves again definitely not gonna stop by there for now

Triple O's is amazing. It's really hard not to eat here too often... the burgers taste great and are a good size, and if that's not enough you can always upgrade to a bigger patty or double patty. The standard fries are good, sweet potato fries are even better. Triple O's also has real, hand-scooped milkshakes which are amazing.

Haven’t been to a Triple O’s since lived on Van Island 2 yrs ago. Really enjoyed them then so was expecting the same but didn’t get it. The veggie burger was mediocre and all you end up with is a sloppy mess. Ingredients were sub par compared to at home where I buy quality food in veggies, buns, etc. Hubby had the veggie burger meal and you used to always get the container of their special cole slaw but no more. Fries were also mediocre compared to A&W ones I eat occassionally. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Will not try again. Have had memorable burgers but neither hubby or I enjoyed these. Was more of a I wish I hadn’t eaten that experience. The staff member we had was pleasant and attentive though.
