Every time i order or eat in at Ume Foods, i am always impressed. every roll is flavourful and fresh. it seems to be made with care. not to mention, it is the most reasonably priced sushi place in town. when eating in, the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable; the staff are so kind and welcoming! i love this restaurant and it is my favourite place in kelowna to eat :)Vegetarian options: seems to be plenty of options on the menu! my favourite is the avocado roll and i’m not vegetarian!Wheelchair accessibility: restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as they have tables that a wheelchair can be placed at.

the staff at Ume never disappoint! having lived in the lower mainland in Burnaby, I had become accustomed to authentic top of the line sushi. Ume and the quality of food they provide is right on par with the best sushi restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. the staff make you feel welcome, they are very knowledgeable and professional and the quality of the food is exceptional. with authenticity and care, the food is absolutely delicious. my girlfriend and I frequently visit Ume to satisfy our Japanese food cravings. thank you to the team at Ume, please don't ever stop being so amazing!!

My girlfriend and I went for dinner last night. We arrived right around peak dinner hours (5:30) and we were created promptly and professionally by am amazing young woman. Our order was taken swiftly and was brought out within a timely manner that didn't feel too rushed or take too long. The food was exceptional. We ordered some Miso soup (which I LOVED), and some veggie spring-rolls (authentic and homeade) super delicious. We also got a variety of sushi (focusing on wild salmon as the main fish) which was all very tasty and surprisingly affordable. (Our order at most high rated sushi placed would cost around $80, for us at Ume it was only $50). I have included a photo of one of my plates (we ordered twice in one sitting because it was so good). I can't thank the staff at Ume enough, service was exceptional and the food from the kitchen was spectacular. Keep up the great work guys, we will surely be back as regulars!
