I was so excited to visit this brewery but unfortunately an unfriendly staff member behind the bar ruined our experience. She didn’t acknowledge us we came in even though no one was in there and then acted extremely annoyed when we were asking questions about the brews. The whole experience felt very uncomfortable. I would maybe try again if someone else was working because the idea of the brewery is nice.

Best brewery in Kelowna. The London Dog is my favourite beer I’ve ever had, and you will not be disappointed with any of their drinks. The atmosphere is so awesome, and there’s no better place to be if you have a dog, or just want to be around them. Staff is great, everyone is so friendly. I’ve brought all my friends and family here, and now they make sure to visit every time they’re in town.

It’s the first place in my memory where you can bring your pup inside. Awesome beer with the great taste and strong.
Got the lime margarita sour beer and after the first two sips I ended up not liking it, and then realized there was lactose in it and that’s why it tasted off to me. When I came up and told the staff instead of just replacing the beer I was charged for a new one. I paid for the second beer however the lady behind the counter then went out of her way to tell me “that’s what a sour beer is, is beer gone bad” which is incorrect. I’d save my money for another brewery, beers are alright but customer service is lacking here.

This brewery is AMAZING!The fact that you can bring your dogs IN the taproom makes it ultra special, and having the chance to pet unlimited friendly dogs is a HUGE plus.Staff is friendly, place is super cool and the beer is delicious! London Dog is on point! I would dare to say is the best brewery in town! Highly recommend for a good pint surrounded by ‘good boys’!

My husband and I brought our puppy here during our annual trip to Kelowna, and it was a highlight of our trip! The beers we tried were excellent, and our puppy enjoyed his homemade bone broth and treats. Awesome staff and atmosphere. See you guys next year!
