Ordered sushi from here on a whim and was delighted! Staff were really friendly, helpful, and service was quick. Everything was delicious, the rice was exceptional and flavours were amazing. Definitely our new favourite sushi place in Kelowna!

What a great hidden gem. We tried it for the first time last night and had a fantastic experience. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are all top notch. Even the seating was great; pillows on the benches and super comfy chairs. Loved the flavours and ordered three rounds of different skewers, already looking forward to more garlic butter scallops! Sapporo on tap was a great touch and we're looking forward to exploring more of the non-skewers next time. Thanks for a great experience!
I recently had the pleasure of there and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and I could tell that a lot of effort had gone into creating an authentic Japanese dining experience.I ordered lunch box with miso soup. I was impressed the miso soup’s taste especially and it reminded me of the taste when I was in Japan and made me nostalgic!Also, the sushi was freshly and tasty made by the chef!The dish was making each dish not just a treat for my taste buds but also for my eyes.The friendly service, fresh food, and attention to detail make it a truly standout restaurant in Kelowna.

I ordered my food online (3 rolls- California, Dynamite & Avocado). Arrived at the designated time. I was asked to wait 10min. I said no problem left/returned 15min later. I was asked again what I ordered. I repeated my order. Another person was there for a pickup order, her and I waited 50mins, a 3rd person arrived for a pickup order, he waited with us as well for 35mins. 1 order was double mine, the 2nd order was 4x mine. They both got their orders. I waited an hour for 3 rolls. They ignored me when I tried to ask how much longer, no refund, no offer of a discount. I stood their infront of seated customers in an open restaurant for an hr, looking like an idiot waiting for 3 rolls.The 1st customer to get her order after waiting 50mins before me knowing I ordered first said to the staff. "This is terrible that my larger order was after hers, I got first. This is also the FIRST TIME ALL 3 OF US HAVE BEEN HERE." She apologized to me, how sad is that.The gentleman who got his large order before me said, "At this point at least your order should be discounted if not free."NOPE, nothing,,,,I said to the staff just an apology and offer of a discount would have been enough. I would have been satisfied, and returned. I have NEVER reviewed a restaurant, but this was absolutely rediculous for 3 simple rolls.

We ordered California rolls, philidelphia rolls, and gomae. Everything was bland and lacked quality with a VERY fishy aftertaste. I also couldn’t believe how expensive it was! So sad after reading the positive reviews - but I think they need to up the game in terms of quality of their basic menu items. This was also the first time we ordered gomae and it was served with a sprinkle of spinach and a big cube of cold tofu.

Sushi was average. First time customer seeing the 4.8 rating thinking my experience would be great….I called in my takeaway order (they advised the wait would be 20-25mins) I waited 50mins and then was met with “sorry for the wait”. When I returned home to eat my dinner and opened the bag, the $7.50 Edamame wasn’t there.Give customers realistic expectations and it never goes unnoticed double checking orders before handing them over to your customers.
