Had a very good meal there tonight after a long weekend reffing in a Ringette tournament. Food was very tasty and fresh. The mushroom brie veggie burger is my absolute favourite and I'm not even vegetarian!

I frequent this location with my family and it's always a great experience. The food is consistent, and the service is 5 stars plus. We have had the pleasure on a number of occasions to have Cheyenne as our server, she's is always on point. Service with a smile is a delight she goes above and beyond to make our dining experience a memorable one. We have had other servers and they all have been top notch. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

My experience at this diner last night was awesome, we had a really nice waitress and the food was hot and fresh, would recommend. ?Parking: White spot is on the right side of the highway if you are coming from rutland, its very close to Orchzrd Park Mall. Parking on the other hand depends on what time of day you go they only have a couple rowes of parking in the back of the restaurant.

Great customer service from the greeting at the door to our server.We had a Triple O platter which was cooked well, although the coleslaw was not as good as what White spot used to have. We also had the perogies which were wonderful.Definitely will return.

Between my wife and I we collectively have a lifetime of frequenting White Spot's all over BC I have come to know, trust and love the White Spot standard . To say that this location falls short of this standard would be a gross understatement. Not one staff member was smiling or seemed happy to be there, no one checked on our meal, the fries were clearly previously frozen and not good, my burger was undercooked and my wife's was burnt. There was extremely minimal flavor, the patty was extremely small with poor quality and the visual appeal was just not there. We felt extremely uncomfortable and just could not wait to get out of there. It was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. If you want the wonderful White Spot experience you know and love visit the Penticton location. I will be contacting headquarters to make sure they that their standard is not being upheld at this location and that it is not a fair representation of the White Spot franchise.
