The food here was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The sushi is amazing quality and you can tell that everything is prepared with love and care.The crispiness level of everything meant to be crispy was pure perfection. We came across this restaurant by accident when looking for a sushi restaurant while wandering around downtown Kelowna at 4pm. These guys are open through the lunch and dinner hour which is very convenient. The other sushi place we tried first didn't open until 5pm. I adore salmon aburi and I thought it was only available in Vancouver / my hubby discovered Yuzu and took me there for my birthday. It was divine ! The food was so delicious we were taken great care of .. the salmon aburi was sooo good I went back the next day for take out lunch . Super yum !
