Tim Hortons Reviews
Tim's food has been mediocre for some time as we all know. The local franchisee has no say in that matter. That the company hasn't moved with the times to address common food allergies is just one other example of the brand's disconnection from their clientelle. But it is the little things that have finally put me off doing business there. I get that I should ask for a cup sleeve or ketchup, but to never have napkins included in an order as a common courtesy is the last straw. And before you come back at me about reducing waste, just don't! If we were serious about that, drive through food would be illegal. And finally, the latest way of dealing with clients is to ask them to wait at the order board after they make their order. It's maybe only a moment or two, but the feeling that one's order might not be able to be filled (something that happens regularly) is just an extra stress I don't need. Your competitors are beating you at the little things - and at some of the bigger things, too. If ya gotta have a Timmies I guess you'll put up with this, but I'm out...
