I’ve ordered pizza from Pizza hut many times in the past. Last night was the first time at this Pizza Hut and it was not good. The crust was almost half cooked. It was doughy and appeared not cooked properly! I would not go back!

HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.I can’t believe they would serve this. My pizza wasn’t cut properly one is the size of a pinky and the other the size of a dinner plate and WORST OF ALL it is burnt. 2 slices are black. I can’t even tell which part is pepperoni and what part is cheese because of how dark the cheese is.I called them IMMEDIATELY when coming home and the girl was extremely apologetic but all she said was we can give you next time. It was all next time. I wanted one today because my family is hungry but she kept saying it will be for next time. I then asked how will I know you would even credit me and she just said we will tell our workers and then hangs up to say we’ll call you later to properly speak to a manager. I got nothing. How are they still open?!

Just ordered pizza. That was single handily the worst pizza I’ve ever had. No words to describe how bad it was. Don’t waste your money going there. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

Called them to ask if they have triple treat box, they said no. Then ordered one on the front desk, why? It doesn’t make sense.

Ordered a large thin crust crispy Hawaiian pizza online. Got the email notice that it was on its way and would be there within the next ten minutes. A half hour later it finally arrived. The pizza was barely room temperature, soggy, not crispy and with hardly any taste. So disappointing. I can’t imagine ordering from this store ever again.

Ordered two pizzas at $40 and got a call saying they couldn’t deliver - they then cancelled the order and kept the money anyway. Not the only person this seems to have happened too either.

Picked up pizza ..brought home and it was half cooked . Soggy and thrown in the box . Called store they said they would cook a new one but we would have to pick it up. No other offer of any kind until we asked for refund. They only gave us a small discount for next order. Service is not good at this store nor is the quality of food.

Ordered delivery of a regular size family order. Order said it would be delivered between 25-35minutes from when I placed my order and it’s now been an hour and still no delivery. Also the status of my order has since changed to “arrived” 35 minutes ago……
Pizza is normally fine but there was a shard of a knife or a pizza cutter inside one of the slices. Almost cut my mouth open!Be careful eating here.

Unacceptable customer service. The individual serving us was quite unfriendly, very grumpy and disrespectful. It is hard to come back to this establishment when the service is always apauling, unwelcoming and there is no effort to be approachable.Hopefully the service can improve!
