found plastic in my roll!half way through my roll I noticed a small piece of plastic on my plate. I continued to eat my roll thinking it was just on the plate... I got to the last piece and there was a whole big piece of plastic pressed into the side of the roll. I notified the waiter and they didn't appear to be apologetic at all. She offered to make me a new roll but after finding the plastic I didn't want another roll. They only gave me $4.17 off my bill that was $50+ and the roll with plastic was $16. they didn’t even seem sorry!

Vegans Beware: I have been ordering the Agedashi tofu (and other items) for months after confirming it was vegan over the phone. Tonight I was told that the sauce is not vegan when I called to tell them it was missed on my takeout order. This restaurant needs to pay attention to their order notes. Gross ?

Best restaurant I've been to in a long time.Vegetarian options: The Vegetable Roll Special is awesome.
We took our family there and it was very well received. The place is clean, well maintained and has good serving staff and chefs. We had tempura, Salmon roll, Garlic chicken and more. The hot sake is very good so was the food. Large enough portions well presented and hot. We will go back again next time we are in town. Prices are reasonable. All in all I would recommend this place to my friends.

We’ve dined here for a few years, but recently the food and staff changed. Food quality has diminished. I had Nebayaki and broth was bland, udon noodles overcooked, tempura prawns completely sodden. My wife had the beef teriyaki dinner, and sauce was unpleasant. Rice was necessary to cut the flavour of teriyaki sauce . Seafood in sushi was mushy with too much mayo. Not sure we’ll go back.

Sushi Belmont is recent discovery for me, however my first visit a couple of weeks ago impressed me so much I went again a couple of days ago! Quick & friendly service. Delightfully tasty, and plentiful, servings. Highly recommended.
