This Tim Hortons is sometimes awesome with the food and service! I give service itself a 5 star as there have been 2 employees in the past year or so who have really made a world of difference. That was Kya and Cathy. Both very kind and I love going even to see their faces!This location has lots of parking and is next to the mall and has a fair amount of seating inside and accessible washrooms!
Of all the Tim Hortons in the greater Victoria area this location is by far the best. (I’ve been to nearly all of them) I come to this Tim Hortons 5-7 times a week as does many of my family members.The drive-thru on weekdays is fast, efficient and friendly. Rarely have I ever had an order be mixed up. It’s going to happen from time to time we are only human.I’m hesitant going to other Tim Hortons locations.

Employees are always super friendly, food is hit or miss. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, there’s literally no cream cheese on it. You can’t even taste it, like actually tf? They either put a half cup of cream cheese on your bagel or an actual crumb.
