Not only is she friendly and approachable, but she also possesses an impressive ability to understand exactly what the customer wants. Khush speaks politely and ensures a 100% accurate order every time. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I believe she truly deserves a raise for her outstanding performance.

Visited this site driving 5 minutes and arrived at 8:50pm yesterday. Sign stated it was open but the female staff refused to serve me a juice stating they were closed. I think they need to change their closing time online if they stop serving 10 minutes before. What a waste of customer’s time and an exceptional example of customer service.

People want $15 per hour for minimum wage yet they don't put any effort into working. 10 minutes standing at the friggen counter while one girl makes one smoothie and another does dishes while a third wanders aimlessly around. I walked out never having been able to place an order. These clowns think they deserve higher wages ask for tips on everything yet customer service is completely non existent. They don't deserve 1970's wages with the lack of effort they put in.

Always love the drinks here. I usually get the Brazilian Thunder but decided to go for the Hawaiian Sunset this time and it was pretty good, although I'd still take the Brazilian Thunder over it. Also got to try the Strawberry Sunshine which is just delightful.It was fairly busy and I had to wait about 20 minutes for my drink because there was only one staff member on at the time, but she did a great job keeping up with the orders until her coworker came back. Otherwise, always a pleasant experience. :)

The cost cutting measures has gone too far at this location. I’ve come in the last three times and ordered the same drink and each time I’ve been charged for a milk substitution as I am allergic to the milk that they use. I’m not asking for extra and I’ve been coming here for five years and never been charged for this change …. When putting in the fruit of my smoothie I didn’t even get a full scoop, but you know what I did get FOUR scoops of ICE ….. my drink tasted like absolutely nothing and I paid 1050$ to have milk flavoured water drink. If this is the way, the company wants to save money, I will not be coming back. This is a fruit smoothie I’m supposed to have FRUIT NOT ICE and five pieces of banana put into my smoothie.
I came in the store wasn't busy just me the two staff members who seen me come in had to finish their conversation in Spanish which had nothing to do with work since I speak Spanish fluently. Before they could take the time to greet me and let me place my order. I'm all for staff chatting when it's dead but when a customer comes in you need to deal with them. They both had a less than professional attitude despite me be polite and pretending to not but disappointed in their low level of customer service. Icing on the cake when I go to pay it has a tip option and I frequently tip 20% at most places... do you think I'd ever tip you??? Chow chow

This location has been a great experience, the staff are lovely always smiling always nice, the smoothies are always very good and thick they always work hard and don’t take long and the customer service is always great I will definitely be back!

This location is my go to but last week I had to stand in line for 15 mins while the cashier FaceTimed her manager to help with the till. I was getting late to be elsewhere (I timed it before coming that I had enough time) and cut the girl some slack because it was not her fault. I finally got my order in and waited another 5 mins for it to made. I left because I was in a hurry and as I drove away I took a sip of my Banana’s Awhey and it was watery and had no bananas at all in it. Such a waste of my time and money. Not going back.
