I've been to this location several times now with a large group. We booked more than a week in advance every time. But they never bring in extra staff, so the poor couple of people tasked with serving 40 people are always overwhelmed. It takes forever to get the orders, longer to get the food, and even longer to pay. And don't even think about ordering a second drink.

Ordered pizzas today (a large and a small), for approx. $100 w tip via Skip the Dishes”, you would think that the food would show up “hot” and not luke warm. Also - through skip the dishes - they make you tip up front. Tipping is for good service and good food. Not expected.

Im extremely disappointed. When we arrived, no one greeted us, finally I got the attention of a manager and we were sat. There were two tables that were sat after us, and they received service. We waited 15 minutes before we decided to cut our losses and go. It’s extremely disappointing considering it’s not a cheap place to dine. This was our second time going to this location and our last experience was very similar. We won’t be going back.

This was the worst service I've ever had! Mostly male workers and 2 females. Seated at the front entrance because the other area had a wheelchair propped with its handles on the table we were suppose to eat at. Not gonna happen! Waited 20 minutes before having to ask someone to take our order, brought a cold cup of coffee and had to return that. Waiter said he'd brew a fresh pot. Twice our table was approached with meals that were not ours. waiter felt bad so said he would give free dessert. Meal was brought at the same time the appetizers were. No plates, no silverware, no napkins . Sat there with no service and food getting cold for 10 min before we had to get up and ask for plates and napkins ect. No refills on any drinks, no water , no nothing. When we were leaving they just wanted to clear the dishes and not get the bill or boxes to take the remainder home in. So half hour or more to get the bill. All in all two and a half hours eating in at Boston Pizza when it should have been forty five minutes. With the dirtiest carpet and poorest service I've ever had. Never ever again am I going there to eat in. NEVER!

What a great night at Boston pizza! We all went to watch the hockey game and surprisingly enough they had Boston size beer, which is 21 oz for approximately $6.50. that's approximately. And they had Canadian on tap as well for that price. I was absolutely astonished when I got the bill and it was only like $14 with taxes. Atmosphere is awesome! Service was fantastic and the food though I didn't have any looked great.! The others at the table did and I heard no complaints and all the food was goneParking: LotsKid-friendliness: It's a restaurant with pizza and all sorts of goodies. Foods classic bps, last couple visits all had mistakes in the orders, minimal to no comp for those errors.Service last 3 times has been not good. Ignored by waitress the first time, second time a table was cleared for us after a wait then given to another couple that just walked in, and last visit the waitress was asking comments about amount of food ordered every time she came around. Extremely rude and unprofessional. When we got fed up and asked for a box she said no and just keep nibbling.Atmosphere is good. Clean, classic BPs.We will not be back after the bad service lately.

We had French onion soup , Royal Hawaiian pizza, crispy fried baby shrimps with dip and jambalaya fettuccine. It was delicious dishes and excellent service .Kid-friendliness: They were dine in lots of kids and families.

Our server was Raya s, she was very kind and asked us about our day. She was quick with our food and had a great attitude. We had a problem with a charge for a condiment and she fixed it right away! So thankful to have her as our server !

Bad wait times on not busy days, food was below average and overpriced, quality and flavour is poor. soup tasted water and salt more than it did anything else, seemed understaffed or sleepy service from anyone but the bartender. They bring out your appetizer and main meals at the same time your main is cold by the time your done eating appetizer, their solution? Let your main sit for another 20-30 minutes on a table in the back and let it get half heated over a lamp and get soggy. Overall a mediocre place! would not recommend.
