Ordered ahead of time to avoid wait time. Arrived there and they had no clue about my order and it took them 30minutes to bring out my order. They also had a sign on the menu that was Mix&Match for $6 but the lady at the drive thru said it doesnt exist. Please update the menu board at the drive thru to avoid false

I will never be back at this location, every time I come here I get ripped off, the Indian girl working was confused what comes with a meal, she gave me a small drink with a small fry, on the receipt it says md drink md fries…when I asked her, she told me they changed sizes..I got my friend to taste out, so he went for inside got the samething as me, he ended up getting md fries and Md drink…felt like I was treated differently because I am white and he was brown…never again will I be back at this location

Too much waiting 1 burger 20minutes

got halfway through my whopper and i noticed an overpowering spoiled food smell . i dont know or care what it was but it smelled rotten and tasted awful. did all i could to not vomit in my car. took in the reciept after work and was refunded for the whopper and not fries or coffee , needless to say ill never be back in would warn anyone to smell your whopper before eating. shame on your burger king , you are going to make someone sick
It was worst burger king location .The staff members don’t know how to do customer service.First one the girl said we cannot take your from the restaurant so we have to come drive thru in order get our food then she said just wait on side of the drive thru in the winter and we were standing outside for 20 mins in winter weather and she was serving other cars in front of us but i ordered before them and we standing there just waiting . After so much waiting in cold weather she gave us our order and the food us cold .I suggested everyone don’t go there it was so horrible and worst experience ever.I suggest the location manger or supervisor please improve your services otherwise these people (the staff members)will ruin Burger King reputation.Date :Nov 20,2023 and Time us 5:40 pm .

Today i visit this location with my friends and really good experience. The staff members are very helpful and polite. The best this is that they also offer us many veggie options as i dont know much veggi options. Tried their veggie burger nad mozzarella sticks. It's amazing.
