Very bad chai and food was disappointed us . We ordered lotus biscoff parantha which comes with only Nutella parantha and not cooked well also dirt came with paratha. And veg burger also not tasty.

We visited Chaiwlaa Langley today. Nice ambiance and service is really good. We tried aloo tiki burger, Bombay sandwich and their chai. We come almost twice a week here and it became one of our favourite spots now.

Be careful when you go to Langley location coz they send ticket at home after 2 months and when we ask dispute they rejected parking enforcement asked for the receipt from the location but I find manager rude and not ready to even search on same day different timing I have my bank transaction too I was showing her but she keeps on asking if I have the last 4 digits matches with the transaction. I have proof of my bank transaction. They ask if we went to Costco. I think you guys opened there to get customers from Costco.

Ordered karak chai, karak coffee and coffee frappe. Chai was not freshly made. The karak cold coffee was just water. Nothing was fresh. Very bad taste. Would not recommend if you like homemade chai and coffee.
