This was the perfect dinner out for my 35th birthday with my husband. Our server Kaitlyn was thoughtful and intentional in her approach to our night. She gave us the space to enjoy one another's company but not to the extent of waiting around for service if required. Our drinks and appetizer came quickly and transitioned to our entrees with perfect timing also. Our meals were hot and cooked to perfection. We actually changed our reservation from another restaurant at the last minute, and I'm actually so thankful we did!

I recently dined at Earls Langley and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was prompt and attentive. The food surpassed my expectations; each dish was fantastic, and the portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance as the restaurant tends to get quite busy. Overall, a memorable dining experience that I would happily repeat.

We were expecting to be seated in a quiet area and we were in a very loud area. To our shock we were unpleasantly surprised by the prices on the menu. The waitress didn't plan for our appetizer to come out first as requested it came with our meals. My drink mug handle was sticky. My meal was cold and had to be reheated and when I got it back the rice tasted burnt. We were very disappointed with our experience.
Arrived before 5. (Happy hour) sat for 15 min with no server. So no happy hour for us. When she arrived she was great but only started at 5 with a full section including a table of 12. That's poor management. Prices have increased which is understandable. But it was very loud. And due to it being busy. Tables are tightly crammed at max capacity. 55$ for a steak 25$ for a burger need better ambiance.
Really expensive for the same Stuff they sold for much cheaper just a year or so ago. $65 for 2 burgers. 1 pop .... Kind of ridiculous. They do a great job of being consistently good at the food itself but pricing has gotten out of hand. Almost feels like there using the whole “inflation” thing to there advantage.

A lot of servers but not very good service. Service was a little slow considering we were there during happy hour and it was pretty empty. Both the young servers that tended to us were definately friendly and clearly enjoyed talking, but not very attentive especially when I had to ask multiple times for the same thing.

Had a reservation at 2100 Great customer service. As soon I opened the door both ladies acknowledged us felt Welcome. The waitress show us all the different option for the set dinner was amaze by it. I've ordered the ribeye steak medium rare to my great surprise not only my steak was medium rare but the Brussel sprout too was raw ? .Hope I'm not being a Ken (Karen) requested some gravy which I thought will come with my steak she told me it's an add on. Looks like they were super busy after 25 mins I already finish my steak and the waitress cleared my plate then someone else came with the gravy. I told her already had my dinner was a bit too late which I do understand. I asked for my bill and I was still charge $2 for the Gravy. Is it lack of communication among waitress. Overall we had a great time.
