Order dinner for 6 out of town guests. First dish of rice had hair in it. Needless to No one ate the dinner. Called twice to be told manager to busy to come to phone. When I finally talked to manager was told I could have free credit of rice.When I asked about hair nets and policy’s manager talked over me, then hung up. Terrible customer service.

perhaps I should have read the reviews first but I often drove by the place and loved the name. My grumpy bear suggested we give it a try and first very difficult to order over the phone and I just gave up and accepted what honey garlic pork and not the dry pork I was ordering. We also asked for the vegetables to be cooked longer until soft and they were very hard and my grumpy bear cant eat hard food. The chow mein noodles were overdone and stuck together in goopy clumps and tasted like they were flavoured with chicken oxo cubes. The deep fried prawns had a hard breading on them like frozen food aisle boxed appies. Admittedly despite hard vegetables the chop suey had good flavour and the honey garlic pork was fabulous. Lastly when ' Forknchopstix ' was asked to provide a fork they said no no fork just chopstick and seriously it's in the name

Ordered a few months ago as we used to love the food but it was terrible. Decided to give them another chance, and am throwing out most of the food. The chicken fried rice and chow mein have absolutely no flavour. The sweet and sour chicken balls had a very bad smell inside, like a rotten smell so we threw them all away. The only dish that was edible was the chop suey. Will never go back. Don’t waste your money on this food!

This used to be a great place for takeout. My last order they got 2 of 3 items wrong. And refused to do anything about it.

if I could give them ZERO STARS i would!! First of all they gave me FOOD POISONING months ago.. so i have stayed away till recently i went back thinking maybe it was a fluke and i always used to like their food up till then.. their Almond chicken was ROCK HARD AND INEDIBLE i tried 2 pieces and couldn’t get a through it couldn’t even chew, their pork looked RAW and their noodles were crunchy and GREASIER than i have ever seen noodles ever.. and when we went back to return it to see if we could get something else they DENIED ANY WRONG DOING saying we got it from another restaurant even though we had the receipt and showed it to them.. then the older lady started arguing and yelling at me and telling me i was just a “ White Girl trying to CHEAT them out of business!!” i was shocked!! We used to be loyal customers and now we will NEVER GO BACK and tell all our friends to NEVER go back.. I don’t know if they was maybe just having a bad day but that’s not how you run a business ever.. ZERO STARS !!!!

is it just me or am i seeing my take out containers are wayyy smaller than they used 2 b .... love the food but this is the reason i don't buy reeses peanut butter cups anymore....anyone else???? - getting tired of the company ripoff and smaller portions!
This place is disgusting food horrible make you want to puke I’m guessing it’s because they don’t know how to clean anything and the stink from the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen fills the place

i ordered through skip. but it's all about the food the taste and smell were very unpleasant. I ordered the pork rice with chop suey and sweet and sour pork and crispy ginger beef. what every they fried my food in had to of been old oil since it all had defining taste burnt deep fried batter, the pork has weird tangy taste to it. it's worse then cheap Chinese food you can taste all the corners they're cutting in the kitchen. i will not be going back to this place

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the lady in the front is, let’s just say terrible. She spoke in such a manner that she did me a favour by getting me seated. No idea about the food, simply could not take this disrespect.
