This is ridiculous, portion size was like a happy meal for children. Every other Freshii I’ve gone to have the bowls packed full and this was half. Not to mention the amount of chicken was a slap in the face for the extra cost. I think head office should take a look and educate them on proper portions cause clearly they are trying to be cheap.

This particular Freshii is a great place to grab a salad. I ordered the oaxii bowl. The bowl was actually full and it wasn't just filled with rice or kale, it actually had a good amount of filling. I paid for extra Pico di Gao and beets but it was worth it, the food was fresh. I paid four dollars extra for chicken though and I wish there was abit more. The woman that helped me was friendly and the place is clean.

I am the hot lunch coordinator for a neighbour school to this location. I can’t say enough good things about our hot lunch experience with Freshii. The owner was amazing to deal with, so friendly and responsive to questions. Our hot lunch arrived on time, the most organized we’ve ever had and not a single mistake. They even accommodated our gluten free children by adding a gluten free item to the menu. Staff and students all loved the food. We will definitely order again.

The two times I walked in I had experiences that weren't worth complaining about but which kept me going to my regular location. I accidentally ordered from this freshii instead of the one down the road using skipthedishes. Big mistake. By the time I noticed it was too late to cancel. I live 2 blocks away but I've been waiting for an hour. It's taken them 50 minutes to prepare my order like what the actual....fast forward to 30 minutes later when I get my food, the soup has no avocado, but it did have a hair! The owners of this location would do themselves a favor by spending some time at the other location nearby. If you're going to try to compete at least be prepared ?♀️And then to add insult to injury you claim it as a skip delivery issue? They had plenty of drivers on standby. And when the tracker is continuously saying "preparing your order", and twice I was notified that freshii needed more time to "prepare my order" The issue was most definitely not with skip. The issue is poor quality service. If you don't know how to train your staff, how can they perform well? It's quite clear the issue is the accountability of the owner. I would email you about it but it's easier to just drive down the road and not make the same mistake twice.
