Although its name is "Istanbul donair," this restaurant has no relation to Turkish döner at all. It's not döner; it's something served in closed lavash. Not döner. Taste 3/5, service 4/5, atmosphere inside the venue 3/5. If you consider it as meat and salad wrapped in lavash, then it's edible. But if you're looking for Turkish döner, this is definitely not the place to go. Been going to this spot since I was old enough to buy food on my own, it's always been consistently good. It's nothing glamorous, but I'd say simplicity is it's charm. If I am anywhere near there during a lunch break, I'm forsure stopping by for a Lebanese platter with some added banana peppers.

I always get the chicken and rice bowl. Mix in the tzatziki, house garlic, and mild hot sauce and you have a meal that hits the spot every time. Thanks for the great service and great cooking.
