I have had slow and poor service before but this one takes the cake. Waiting 15-20min in drive thru with no one taking an order. Brutal. Wish I could get out of line but stuck here waiting and waiting. Even called the restaurant to let them know. Still waiting???

This place has gone down big time. It never used to be this bad. I don't see myself returning considering there are many more chicken places in the area that actually care about return customers.Ordered a 12 pcs bucket of chicken, fries & macaroni salad. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window and pay. Was asked if another 15 minute wait was ok for my order as they didn't have chicken ready. I parked and waited. After 20 minutes I went inside to see where my food and was and was told it was still cooking. It took another 20 minutes. So 15 minute wait turned into 40 minutes plus the 15 minutes in line so almost an hour for chicken in a drive thru. Top it off I got gravy in my bag instead of macaroni salad.

I don't know how this place survives? Tonight I went in, and was told they don't have any chicken. (Why are you open then?). Shut 'er down folks, this place is done. Off I go to Mary Browns, no more KFC at this location.

Food was fine, washroom was disgusting, dried piss and pubic hairs on the toilet, can of.vodka on the sink, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months... Oh and they were out of dipping sauce, how do you completely run out of dipping sauce?

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place calls for it.Ordered a two piece meal. The "leg" was not much bigger than a ketchup packet, and the breast was not much bigger than the leg. Also, the food was overcooked and dry; the flesh was as hard as bone. I know KFC isn't the best place for chicken, but this is a new low. Avoid this place.

I was the ONLY vehicle in drive thru, couldn't see anyone inside either, gave my order at the menu board. Pulled up to window, and she asked for my order again...ok!? Wait time wasn't too long. BUT....Order was "warm" at best. I asked for 3-4 plum sauce and got one...Won't bother going back.
Do not go to this location. Any order takes 20 minutes. They keep nothing on hand ready for pick-up. They make it as you order.Brutal

Im so excited. As a vegetarian, i learned of the New, Plant-Based KFC Burger. I went there right away and ordered the spicy one.OMG! It is So Good but almost 1000 calories,WOW! I haven't been to KFC in years and the picture looks nothing like the formed, pressed patty. shame.now, the place is absolutely FILTHY!!! and very run down. I wonder what the back areas look like!? Even the drive thru area and glass is disgusting. The screen on the order menu pad was caked in dirty grime and finger prints.The portions are definitely smaller now.Vegetarian options: Spicy plant based and regular twister.
