I love this place. I moved out of town awhile back and I always try to make a point of coming to Mai’s when I visit. Food is fresh and delicious. Love that they have great veggie selections. Hands down my favourite Vietnamese restaurant, and I’ve tried many!

They have the best Pho in Vancouver! The soup is perfectly balanced, deep, and savory. They don't use a ton of salt or MSG like some others. I can tell they use fresh ingredients and the restaurant is so clean, which is a huge plus for me! Their spring roll is so delicious you have to try it!

Came in late bc a near by restaurant I just went beside them had closed early- Mai’s had already closed - but the sweet lady that ran the place still made me good grubShe asked for a review - so I’ll say the curry is so good it should be illegal - nice people/highly recommend

Ordered take out and the prawns were completely raw!! ? I already ate one before I noticed. So gross!!! Will never ever eat here again and hope I don’t get food poisoning.

?We were looking for a vegitarian Pho as that was the Birthday request and wow, we found the best restaurant ? I highly recommend Mai's ? The Pho soup was full of fresh veggies and flavored perfectly. The vegan beef with coconut rice was amazing!!!! The owner herself came over to wish us a Happy Birthday an kindly offered a birthday beverage. A delicious and refreshing sugar and lime soda was decided on and I highly recommend it.? The service was friendly and fantastic and the dishes were so well presented. The prices are incredibly reasonable!! I have to say again how fresh the food was. We will be going back soon as there are more vegitarian dishes we are so excited to try!!! Thank you Mai's Vietnamese restaurant for a fabulous Birthday dinner ? You will definitely be seeing us again ?

Mai's would easily be in top 5 Vietnamese restaurant in Greater Vancouver area, but the only one that is not within Vancouver/ Burnaby/ Richmond.We like the part that the restaurant has it own bar and offer lots of unique dish, compared to the bland offering that we would see in normal Vietnamese restaurant. The fact that water has a hint of lime in it delighted us, because it means the owner put hearts into little details.For ourselves, we had papaya salad, boneless BBQ Pork Vermicelli with extra String Rools, Phnom Penh Noodles, and Peach tea. Would highly recommend those items, as we think it's delicious. The Phnom Penh Noodles, spring rolls and tea really stand out.Would definitely visit again.
