I am a little sad about the quality. I got an ice cream cone which it was already started melting when I about to walk out the door. It dripped all over my car which turned out a bit grouse. The girl was nice that she offered me a bowl to catch the melted ice cream, but I meant… isn’t that supposed to be a bit more frozen? Just missed the old times.

The kind of ice cream place where they mix topping with the ice cream together. I got the raspberry cheesecake ice cream cone which was super good. I went there to redeem my free small ice cream cone for my birthday that you can get if you sign up for their “marble mail” club on their website.

We live nearby and often come here for ice cream as my kids love it. Today, on Sunday, Feb 4th, we came here with other friends who have never tried this place before.The service was slow, 2 girls were working. (2pm) The girl that was making my ice cream totally missed most of the ingredients:(((( I saw it when I got my cone. when I asked her if she put chocolate fudge syrup in it, she said no, then I asked if she put marshmallows, she said no…. I told her but they were supposed to be in my ice cream? She said yes. I was starting to get really angry, she didn’t say sorry or even tried to be nice. Just plain no and yes. Another girl stepped in, she said sorry and added some syrup on top of my ice cream. However, it was just a smallest tiny drop( not a drizzle ?) def not what I was hoping for and what the picture shows. My ice cream was missing chocolate bits, marshmallows and the syrop. Everyone makes mistakes and gets things wrong sometimes, I have no problem with it. But the girl was very unprofessional. It’s not a cheap ice cream and I would expect more for the money. Customer service wise.As we were leaving, my husband used the bathroom after one of the employes, he said that she didn’t even flush the toilet and he didn’t think she washed her hands either. My husband owns a fast food restaurant and he thought it was gross. It’s just disappointing to see. Especially the lack the customer service. I don’t know what happened in the bathroom, I wasn’t there, but I know that we waited for a long time to order our ice creams and eventually mine was done completely wrong with no proper acknowledgement from the staff. I didn’t want to cause a fuss at the restaurant because we were with our friends who are super sweet and were excited to try a new place as their kids are big fans of ice cream too. I won’t be recommending this place anymore and won’t be coming back either

The first time we came to order banana split, the server offered without creamer. The second time the server offered spoiled bananas. This is the worst ice cream shop in Vancouver. Don’t waste your time coming to this place.

Ice cream overall is good. However, in my last 3 visits, I had 2 consistent issues:1) Staff is usually not friendly. There is always some issue with cone being soggy or broken, but the staff does not apologize and feels rude when asked to look into it2) There is always an item that is not available and we have to look for other options

Marble Slab Canada is a true ice cream paradise! The variety of flavors and mix-ins they offer is astounding. I was blown away by the rich, creamy texture and the freshness of their ingredients. The friendly staff made the experience even better. This place is a must-visit for any ice cream lover. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious scoops!
