The small size is really small! I'm not sure if they changed management, but the service is no longer good either. The flavors used to taste better the last time I visited this place. Poor service, extremely artificial flavors, and overpriced. If that's what you're looking for, then this is the place for you.

The notice said they do not offer the sample. If you're Caucasian, you can taste as much as you want. Unfortunately, we are Asian, no sample at all. By the way, the small size is as small as the kids size. So bad!Hi, owner.Today, only two groups of customers are in your store with two cashiers. Is it a busy time for you? Actually, we had to wait for other customers to taste lots of samples, although another cashier was available.I know the small size should be larger than kids size. It's common sense. But why I have the same size. Did your staff give me much more for kids size? I don't think so. I compared with the customer and your google review picture. My small size is really smaller than others.It's bad experience in the store and your reply. Why don't you asked for your staffs?------Okay, I don't have any pictures to prove that your staff give me smaller amounts than others, and any voice record. Logically, you won. It's the method to run your business.

This was one of the best Gelatos in the region. A while back it changed the management and the quality went down the hill. Now, the ice cream tastes artificial and the Dulce de Leche tastes like caramel instead.They also were very generous filling the cup, but now they do the bare minimum. Last year my cone was cracked and they wanted to charge me again for a new one.I don't recommend.
