50/50 chance your food and drink's will taste like a dogs behind or really good. Love the people, the drinks need help. I ordered a drink that sounded like the first sip should’vesent me into cardiac arrest while simultaneously given me type two diabetes. It tasted like bitter milk. No sweetness, just dogs behind. I should’ve ended up in the ER after that drink and instead I ended up on the toilet leaking my insides while crying over the taste leftover in my mouth. As soon as people walked into the public bathroom I was destroying they started praying to the holy lord to repent my sins I was unleashing into the toilet. Please make your drinks better and maybe stir them.Kid-friendliness: Nice to kids I guess

i used to love going here but then i had issues with my rewards card i had earned my reward drink but the lady said next time i come in i would get it so i waited and then the next time i went in the othet lady said i had the box already crossed off but i told her i that the other lady said next time. she denied it which is fine i guess but when i messaged the manager she or he legit saw the message and did not even respond i had gone here for over 3 years i wont be going again. liers and cheats. why have the program at all.

Unfortunately, this place is just not good. The atmosphere inside is nice but the coffee isn’t good, the bubble tea isn’t good and the food isn’t good. The coffee and food are very overpriced for the quality… when comparing it to Blackstone Bakery for example, prices are similar and quality isn’t comparable. Location is nice and the atmosphere inside is pretty decent but they need to do much better with coffee and food.

My first time here and the coffee is horrible it tastes burnt and the chicken wrap I got doesn't taste good at all its soggy. The barista put the wrap in the microwave when I has asked for it to be grilled. It's unfortunate as the coffee shop itself is cute but I would not recommend this place. You get better food and coffee at Tim Hortons.
Oh no. 3 times I went there I had an issue each time. The coffee is terrible tasting on 2 of the visits. ? The other time the employee wasn't trained to make something on their menu. She was young so I wasn't mad... but yeah. This is basic stuff here. 3 times too many. Avoid.

It’s very unfortunate that this place doesn’t offer a proper milk alternative latte. I ordered an oat milk latte and what I got was a cup of coffee with oat milk. It was all bubbly and the milk was burnt and it just tasted awful.This is the only cafe in my new neighborhood so I decided to give it another try. Went there the day after and ordered an almond latte instead with the hope it would be an actual latte and tasted like one. Nope. Just another awful tasting cup of bleh…To the management: if you read this - PLEASE buy proper barista grade milk alternatives so that your staff can make proper lattes and not that garbage they serve now. Me and my wife will become loyal everyday customers if you do so.

Some drinks are okay. Tried different food items and they’re always not the greatest. Pretty sure they microwave croissants to warm them up. The workers are nice though. This place is in the middle of the plaza and it’s just easy to pop in and out.
