Completed a survey to buy a Big Mac @ Regular Price and get Medium Fries & Drink for free. Showed the coupon and she eventually honour it after a dispute saying coupon needs to be printed even though I have been completing surveys to get good deals at this particular restaurant.

I was mocked by the staff here . The guy made me keep repeating that i wanted a quarter pounder blt. Then him and the staff kept say quaterpounder with cheese blt in funny voices and laughed about it with me standing right there.

I’ve been in brookswood for about 11 years now, this McDonald’s has always been disgusting. The food is always extremely stale and cold, sometimes grossly over cooked. There’s not been a single time it’s been good, go to the Fraser one.

My sisters and I go to McDonald’s regularly, but this McDonald’s was upsetting. We came here twice before and got the same experience. Ordered three burgers and a large fries took them 20+mins to hand it to us: sauces were missing, large old fries filled a little bit more than half way, and burger missing ingredients. Customer service was bad too, there’s long waits but they just seems like they don’t care at all. Told them our drinks are missing lids and straws, took them a long time just to get it.

This Micky D's is a disaster. How do u screw up breakfast??? Undercooked hash browns, undercooked McGriddles, no heat inside the restaurant????? @Mcdonalds should shut this one down or use robots, at least they will cook the food without cutting corners.
This is an ELITE McDonald’s!Super fast service no matter how busy, food is always fresh and correct, they actually give you your sauce! Overall my favourite McDonald’s, the best I’ve ever gone to. Thank you to all the staff, for always doing your best<3
