Not sure why all the bad reviews, if the mall is too busy and you are craving a little food court style Chinese then this place is the spot. Got the 3 item dish which had chow mein, honey garlic chicken and vegetables, was actually pretty good, decent chicken portions, they give you enough you can share with 2 people. Pro tip, when you are paying at the till, open up your container and use their Sriracha sauce because the packaged hot sauce tastes like chemicals.

My boyfriend ordered a meal from here with chicken in it and when he opened the box there was no chicken, just vegetables. When we called to complain they told us it was a “stir fry” so there’s usually not a lot of chicken in it. When i reiterated there was NO chicken, I got the same answer. This meal was $15 by the way, and came with no chicken. Also when we picked up, the girls in the kitchen were looking at us as if they knew what they had done. Horrible customer service, very shady, and unhygienic. This place literally robs you, don’t come here.

Visited Langley location ,A bit pricey ,but portions were good .But the food was absolutely horrible .howeverCustomer service was there and I appreciated them trying to make it a better food experience by switching items out .But if I’m being honest this will be my only time coming to ming & sing .My food court Chinese is an upgrade .

First time coming to Ming & Sing, wasnt the greatest rice i ever had. Rice was soggy, (thought they would know the fingertip rule) i asked for noodles and instead which wasnt a problem. I appreciate them doing that. Ginger beer was mushy and overdosed in sauce. Thanks for the experience. Unfortunately i wont be returning and wont recommend my friends/family to come.

First time ordering from Ming & Sing will NEVER order from there again..We ordered veg chow mien was barely warm but also tasteless.. also veg fried rice was the same warm and no flavour at all. Four egg rolls also no flavour... last but not least honey garlic pork with long hair in it... talked to manager about the lack of taste and the hair. she said she would refund the hairy pork. to bad we could not eat the rest of the food.. we feel totally ripped off because these were all small sizes and the price was over $44.00... will never go there again and neither will any of our friends .....
