Nespresso LangleyIf you ain't drinking Nespresso, you're missing out. Great to be able to have a location closer to us now in the Lower Mainland. Metrotown was getting a bit of a trek just for coffee.Service has always been fine, never had any issues. I usually show up with a list of coffees I want and they go through it to make sure they have my selection and always inform me of any missing as well as offering me recommendations based on said list.Nice deals if you buy in bulk and they know their products so don't be afraid to ask them questions about taste profiles.Only downsides are that it's in the mall, quite crowded and often busy.

I visited them last month and was shocked to hear the conversation between a White lady telling her subordinate about how much she likes her White attitude, I was shocked to see how Racism has impacted a big brand as well.Went for refill last week and got two coffees less than what was billed for and went back to check and the associatetold me, if I was interested to get back money or want coffees, She was like "Never mind, this happens when we get lot of customer... ( I thought she will be apologetic)Costly coffee, best in the town , poor people skills, Staff with attitude & arrogance.

Good coffee, good system, but unfortunately not good business practice.I was shocked to find out that they do not accept cash, when I ask I was toldIt was a pop up location. But this location has been here for quite a while. Not sure why places that sell coffee in some parts don’t accept cash. There is no excuse. Cash is a legal tender

Terribly rude service, as many have mentioned.

I went there at 5:50pm to buy Nespresso pods and the manager refused me service. She said that the store is closing and that they had to stop serving customers. I said that it’s still technically open for 10 mins and I knew exactly what I wanted. She said no. Then I saw her serving a blonde woman who came after me. I went back and asked what’s going on and whether I can quickly grab my pods. She said that woman was served under “special circumstances”. I guess people of colour are not special enough to deserve service during official shop operating hours.

Dear Nespresso..would like to congratulate you on your commendable training and choice of salesperson.I visited your Willowbrook branch and met Tanya. Her professional and confident approach reflected how much effort is put by the organisation in using appropriate language, grooming and sales skills. In our conversation she made me feel that i am associated with the most luxurious brand? The small kiosk surprisingly turned out as one luxury spot for me.

Small mall kiosk. The customer service was amazing, I was there mid day and even though the line was long everyone was greeted upon arriving in line and given a “menu” to look over while waiting. Everyone seemed really friendly and knowledgeable. The location was clean and well maintained. By far one of the best experiences I have had at a Nespresso.

Stopped in for some much needed Holiday coffee and the staff were incredible. They made sure to help me choose the right capsules and were very knowledgeable! Will definitely go to this location again.

I was picking up my online order at this location yesterday. The cashier lady called someone for them bring my order over. And she repeated my name a few times for some reason (it seemed like the other person didn’t quite get my name) and suddenly she bursted in laughter and continued giggling with this person on the phone. A couple minutes later, another staff (male) comes over with my order and he said to her “You know what that means in Tagalog, right?” And they both giggled right in front of my eyes. I did not understand what was going on but I knew it was to do my name. So later I came home only to find out that my name (Sue Suh) sounds like ‘Suso’ which means ‘breasts’ in Tagalog.I feel like making fun of someone’s, especially a customer’s, is extremely unprofessional. I ask the store manager to train their employees to have some kind of respect for the customers. I will not be using this store in the future.

Don’t come to this location if you value your time. 4 employees only 2 working and 2 just wandering around(and making themselves coffee). Other locations have tablets and are taking orders from the line-ups. 3 people in front of me and I waited 20 mins before I left to get to an appointment. I’d hate to see what it’s like when they are busy.

I'm delighted that I could buy Nespresso capsules in-store rather than online. It was a small booth, but five people were working at the same time. The staff was very friendly and, after confirming my personal information, they even provided me with promotional information, allowing me to buy five boxes of capsules and get one for free.

Very bad customer service

The service here is horrible. Knowing Nespresso is high quality coffee. I would assume that their employees provide an excellent customer service. An Indian woman with long hair and a guy wearing glasses who was in training gave me service as if I was a joke. I have never seen such bad customer service anywhere else. It seems as of Starbucks has better service than them. Highly do not recommend buying anything here.
