When I called them they said deal with uber. Food was cold, stale and cheap. It's like the management encourages the workers to put microscopic amounts of meat on the wrap... so cheap

I have never been treated so poorly in any opa establishment, I love opa but this locations lack of customer services/ communication skills/cleanliness needs to change immediately. As I approach the till to order you see me standing there waiting and what does your employee decide to do she decides to just stand and stare at me for 5 minutes and then approaches her coworker in the back to tell her to come help me even though she’s not doing anything, then screaming and yelling across the food court to the people who ordered before me just to say the payment didn’t go through. Was screaming and yelling really necessary? Why not just walk up to them and politely let them know that the payment was declined (instead you cause a huge scene) meanwhile the same girl who’s always in the back on her phone is shoving her fingers in her mouth while chatting with friends. As I’m waiting for my food I over hear the beeper saying my fries are done and she puts them on for an extra 2 times just so she could take her personal call? I ended up waiting 15 minutes for fries and tzatzikie on what world does that make sense it should be 5 minutes max not too mention the lack of food proportions is horrible I’m paying $5.30 for an order of fries the box should be full not barely half full, not to mention that my fries where mixed with meat products what if I was vegan opa and that’s why I got fries not meat products unprofessional

Ordered a meal for my 6 year old. Asked for a cup of water for him. They provided a small cup. During his meal he finished it and went back to ask for a refill of more water. They refused him and said they don't do refills. In other countries children might be denied drinking water but I believe here in Canada we don't. These employees need to be informed of this information.

As a customer service representative, you are being paid to ensure that the customers receive good service, hence the name. How can you ensure you do not meet that standard? You sit on your personal phone call while the fryers are telling you that the food is done. Additionally, you should have equal serving amounts for EVERY order. I have ordered fries and tzatziki on multiple occasions and get a very different amount every time. Disappointing service, do better.

Terrible attitude by all employees. I just ordered my food to go. They gave it to me to sit and dine in the mall. I said I wanted to go and they gave me boxes to scoop into. I had to ask for a bag to carry it out and then they forgot about my drink. Absolutely terrible service.

This opa takes million years to prepare ur food because staff is very busy in talking with each other.U will walk up to front counter and u will receive a weird look as a welcome.Manager schedules enough people but unfortunately all them are useless.So don’t waste ur time please go somewhere else.

Everything seems like it was cooked days ago. Very disappointed by the low quality. Had chicken souvlaki platter.

Owner of this branch, if it happens to read this review talk and educate the girl on what is called Good customer service (june 3rd ‘23).

I had the worse experience . I ordered and got my food the rice was so hard it tastes so dry and un cooked . I went back to tell them and they said the rice was old that’s why it’s hard . Why would you be giving your customers old rice that’s disgusting. Navjot the cashier was not apologetic at all instead she was showing attitude . I went back because my potatoes had the old rice on them so I could still taste it and asked them to make me a new fresh plate . Instead they just put the same potatoes on the plate . While giving the food to me again navjot really sarcastically said “I hope you like it now “ because she knew she gave me the same potatoes and nothing was fresh . If a customer doesn’t like the food instead of showing attitude be nice . I’m sure navjot wouldn’t want to eat old food . So I would really invest in some more training for her .
